View Your Account History

For security and performance reasons, AxiomXchange provides limited access to your recent account history directly on the platform.

Below are the available limits and steps for accessing older or more detailed account records.

Account History Limits on AxiomXchange

Requesting a Complete History Export

1. Breaking Down Export Requests:

For large histories, it’s recommended to request data in yearly or quarterly chunks to avoid delays and ensure complete exports.

2. Request Process:

•Navigate to Document Center from the menu in the top-right corner.

•Click on Support Request.

•Select Request History Export from the menu.

•Fill in the required details, including the time-frame and type of data needed (trades, funding, balances, etc.).

Requesting Specialized Documentation

1. Complete the Specialized Account Documentation Request Form

2. Our specialists will carefully review your request and contact you via email with the required documentation.

Export Your Account History

You can easily export your AxiomXchange account history using the Document Center. Below are detailed instructions for both methods.

Exporting Account History via the Documents Center

1. Log in to your AxiomXchange account.

Navigate to the Document Center from the menu in the top-right corner.

2. Navigate to the Documents Center

•Go to the Documents Center from the menu in the top-right corner.

•Locate the Export Account History section.

3. Customize Your Export

•Select the type of history you wish to export (e.g., trades, funding, balances).

•Choose the desired timeframe or breakdown (e.g., yearly, quarterly, or specific date ranges).

4. Download the File

•Click the Export button to generate the file.

•Once the export is ready, you will receive a notification.
